Hey! This is the character considerations post for the Sweet Home PSL. Only those invited by Coco are welcome to post here.

Some things to know:
— Characters will ICly be brought here on a voluntary basis. This does NOT mean that they had to sign up themselves, however! It could have been a friend, an enemy, someone they know that signed them up for this. The project will be advertised to relevant parties as "A way to meet and connect with new people!"
— Furthermore, characters will be compensated for their time here ICly at the end with any tangible reward of their choice. Money, their favorite food, a new shiny sword...whatever they'd like, as long as it is a physical object and not something abstract.
— Characters 16+ are welcome. This is not a shipping game or anything that is planned to have a mature focus. NSFW is allowed on the comms but please warn appropriately.
— Cast cap will be 2 per canon.
— Aiming to put up the first post on the morning EST of Sunday, May 7th.

Character Considerations: OKAY SO my considerations...Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia, who is a sweet hero in training who is pretty nice and determined and super nerdy. He's very cooperative (mostly) so he would do well in a cute game like this.

Yor Forger from Spy x Family is another option...she is secretly an assassin but her day job is a stepmom and office lady! She's fairly friendly and also really kinda dumb and gullible. She also cannot cook to save a life so like, may cause accidental murder in cute sweet game if she cooks food.

Ruby Rose from RWBY because I haven't played her in like 2 years and I miss her...I'd take her from an earlier volume since current canon is [ doing things ] in which case she'd be peppy and fairy upbeat/friendly because apparently I'm only suggesting I play people who like other people currently.

Minato Arisato from Persona 3 who is chill and not peppy but he's decent to throw off people...he would be fine with things and want his music player but otherwise just be. Cool with everyone...

Character Considerations:

I'm considering two different OCs for this game, but I also have a bunch of canon characters I can go with as well should there be a cap on OCs!

Malice (annihilator) is a vampire from a world where vampires rule over humans, but he hates his own kind for how they've treated him. He once worked with a human resistance group to try to overthrow a vampire lord... but hit betray when given the opportunity to live a life of luxury. He might regret that. Just a bit. Malice is a massive edgelord and a dumbass, but generally he means well. He also will like anyone who has ever been nice to him, this is a promise and a threat.

Dagr (shadowfangs) is a FFXIV OC, specifically a thief and mercenary who lives solely for $$$. I can easily strip out the FFXIV elements if fandom OCs aren't allowed! Regardless, they took the idea of "money CAN buy happiness" and ran with it; they genuinely want to be rich because they think it'll make them happy. This will probably not work as planned for them. They're a relaxed and chill person who just wants to have fun (and will mooch off of you).

Canon character options include but are not limited to: Yuri Lowell (Tales of Vesperia), Yuri Leclerc (Fire Emblem: Three Houses), or maybe Vicious (Tales of Crestoria)??? Or who knows, maybe another option will show up and blindside me.

Questions or Suggestions for the game?:

I do not have memes because I haven't made any for my OCs, rip. Anyway!

1. Does the cast cap apply to OCs?
2. What's the verdict on fandom OCs? Dagr has no connections to canon characters, but like I said above, I can play them as a purely original character as well! (But their icons will be the same since I haven't found a pb for them lmao.)
3. Is there forced humanization? If not then. How are vampires handled. Are they just gonna steal blood bags from the clinic? I'm so sorry.

Hi hi!

1) GOOD QUESTION, I was asked this in the Discord too, so OCs will be capped at 4.
2) I'll probably consider fandom OCs as OCs tbh, so Dagr would count towards the 4 character OC cap.
3) No forced humanization! I'm thinking that those with special diets like vampires will have that supplied to them with the starting food selection in the house. Any special foods will have their section in the grocery store. :)

Character Considerations: LMAO

Ramuda Amemura (Hypnosis Michael): Small pink gremlin who's actually 24 years old. Raps. Likes lollipops. A total menace with a dark side to him.
Power (Chainsaw Man): God...I apologize. She will cause a lot of problems and be the worst housemate who has to be told to take baths and clean up after herself.
Noé Archiviste (Case Study of Vanitas): Another vampire but one who doesn't actually need blood. He's a good dude, but he gets lost alllll the time.
Tenn Kujo (IDOLiSH7): Because every game needs a dude who's going to try to keep people in line as he smhs at everything.

idk maybe someone else will come to mind later.

Character Considerations: sorry in advance for half of these.

gentaro yumeno (hypnotist mcpherson): a perfectly ordinary author. he's never committed an identity theft in his life. sometimes he raps. sometimes he blackmails. he's never told a lie in his life.

mithra (mahoyaku): there are absolutely no braincells to be found here. all mithra know is eat shells, kill owen, get bitches. he cannot sleep, so he's on a different plane of existence. the air goes in through one year and out the other uninterrupted. also the second most powerful wizard in the world.

ichiro yamada (hypnotized mcnuggets): a genuinely good, nice guy who runs an odd jobs shop. he's very well-loved in his city! he's the leader of a rap group with his brothers. has no trauma whatsoever.

touma inumaru (idolish7): also a good boy who is the leader of zool. his former group broke up, and touma hasn't gotten over it until he does. the first time you meet him, he's crying in a park. he tries to pretend he's not nice, but he's one of the nicest people in i7.

lumine (genshin) because i'm too lazy to think of anyone else, ahh. plus easiest to wrangle with.

dante falce (piofiore) mafia lord who just wants a quiet life that's full of sweets

elysia (honkai) pink-haired fairy who is also a [redacted] and who will be in your face at all times because she loves everyone

liv (pgr) shy and introverted robot who just wants to help people out by spreading kindness and cuteness and being a disney princess
