THE HOUSE

The House

Front Exterior
The outside of The House is extremely welcoming! It's the biggest house in the neighborhood with the brightest garden full of pinwheels and flowers. A series of colorful mailboxes is also situated near the front door for easy mail access. The garage area can fit up to 4 cars - two inside and two outside - with plenty of parking along the street. There are also around 3 bicycles and 3 scooters available for residents to use if they so wish.

Bedrooms
Bedrooms are all rather large in size and furnished, with some houseplants in each one. However, these bedrooms are all shared. They vary from having separate twin-sized beds to bunk beds, so you'd better coordinate with your roommates about who's getting to sleep where. There is a shared walk-in closet in every room, a nightstand for every person, and a long desk with the appropriate number of chairs for each room occupant.

Every bedroom has an attached bathroom that's stocked with enough toiletries for each person, but the shared supplies (i.e. paper towels) will probably only last a couple of days. Time to go shopping!

Furthermore, every bedroom has a television and a mini fridge!

As a note: Nothing is stopping you from sleeping in other rooms, in the living room, etc. BUT your belongings will all be tied to your room. In other words, if you want to sleep on the couch in the living room, your blanket will not leave your room, nor will your toiletries. You are free to borrow someone else's if you are in their room, but these things specifically are tied to your room assignment. OOCly, this is to encourage roommate interactions.

Round 2 Bonus! Every room has a specific theme. Similar furniture basics (bedding, plants, desks, a shared closet, etc.) but the decor is themed a little differently for each room.

Kitchen and Lounge Area
The kitchen is large enough for several people to work in at once. It's got a wide countertop for cutting and chopping, as well as all the appliances you'd need in a standard household kitchen. The fridge is large, though perhaps still not enough for a house with over ten people in it, so it may be good to make use of the mini fridges in your bedrooms. It's got enough food for a few days, but you will also need to go grocery shopping to restock.

The lounge area is a large living room with two couches and one giant beanbag chair. There's a widescreen television with surround sound speakers, various magazines on the coffee table, and a roomba that's stationed next to one of the couches that can be used anytime. Just don't forget to charge it!

Backyard
The House's backyard is perfect for a pool party. There's a grill station, some outdoor tables and chairs, and a little bar area with speakers for music to be played. The pool comes with a little hot tub next to it as well. For those who prefer to sunbathe, there are two lawn chairs for you to use. There aren't too many water toys available (that are provided by the staff, anyway) - just a beach ball and two inner tubes.

THE TOWN

The Town
The town is about a 10 minute drive from the house, ~15 minutes on foot. It's not a hustling and bustling area like a city would be, but it's still not without things to do. It's got a lot of smaller businesses, a grocery store, a mini mall where you can buy clothes and indulge a little. There are also public properties like a large central park with a playground, and a small coastal area for both swimming and fishing.

Notable Locations
OOCly, you are free to assign characters jobs at any of the following places:

– Bob's Bakery: A small mom-and-pop shop that has town-famous donuts, which come in a variety of flavors.

– Kalista: A clothing boutique that has some trendy outfits for all genders. Shoes and jewelry are sold here as well.

– Appleseed Store: Home of one of the biggest tech giants around, Appleseed. Computers, music players, and televisions are sold here. There are some other accessories available, like chargers and headphones.

– Sweet-e's: Candy. There's all kinds of candy everywhere in here.

– The Manatee: A seafood restaurant! Residents love it for its crab legs especially.

– Bed-Ex: Mattress store that also sells aromatherapy products to help you sleep. Blankets and pillow cases are also available here.

– Jungle Gym: This is a two-story gym that's open 24 hours a day, equipped with locker rooms. There are weekly exercise classes here as well, and the second floor is just a large court. You can play basketball or volleyball there! Neat.

– Autoparts: It's an auto repair shop, just in case something goes wrong with your car...though they can also assist with bikes here, too. You can also rent a vehicle here!

– Clinic: A small, private clinic with two doctors. This is where you can get your injuries and ailment treated.
