hi it's kao. This is Hwaryun from Where the Dragon's Rain Falls by summer, he's from the epilogue so sorry but spoilers he's the emperor of a fantasy kingdom called Rahan. As you can tell from the title, dragons are a thing and rain is important. Since he's from the epilogue he's chiller than he could be lol, this is like a vacation for him~ (maybe)
